I agree with everything that’s been said here, but I think you need to find a local (and trusted) medium. Tell them your situation and if possible bring them to your home. Ask them what they feel is right and proceed with what they say. If you can’t find a local medium, try talking to the spirit, demand it to leave. Do not say “Leave or else” because spirits could take that as a threat causing them t up the antics. Next, open a door so the spirit can leave. After that, sprinkle salt in all entrances including windows, and the perimeter of your bathroom and bedroom. If that doesn’t work, demand the spirit to leave again, open the door again, and light either white candles or sage scented candles and put them in different areas around your house.
